'Breaking Bad' zet zegetocht door bij WGA
Daarnaast won Veep in de comedy categorie.
Breaking Bad zet zijn zegetocht voort. Won de serie eerder bij de DGA Awards, Golden Globes, SAG Awards en PGA, ook bij de gisteren uitgereikte Writers Guild Awards ging de serie er met de belangrijkste prijs vandoor.
De serie won daar niet alleen de prijs voor de beste dramaserie, maar ging er ook vandoor met de prijs voor de beste aflevering van een dramaserie. De aflevering Confessions van Gennifer Hutchinson won daarbij. In de comedycategorie won de HBO-productie Veep als beste serie. De aflevering Hogcock van 30 Rock (geschreven door Jack Burditt en Robert Carlock) won in de categorie van de beste aflevering van een comedyserie.
